

I fell in love with yoga many years ago. What started as a journey to find greater flexibility and strength became so much more. Yoga has helped me to connect more deeply with myself - my mind, body and heart - and has given me what I need to find balance, clarity, strength and calm in my everyday life. It is a privilege to help others find the same.
About my classes

I teach vinyasa flow, pregnancy yoga and mum and baby yoga. I love to guide students through dynamic flows which have moments of challenge and release, always finding the balance between strength and ease. I always incorporate breathwork, drishti (your gaze and focus) and theming to really inspire students to stay present in the moment and to take the time to connect with the practice. I have been trained in offering hands-on assists for those who would like to be assisted - never to correct, but rather to guide alignment, offer more stability and deepen the benefits of the asana. ​​
